September 2006: Granulator with or without noise protection |
The AMIS GmbH (www.amis.de
) presents on the Fakuma 2006 the new
granulator series of the type Zerma GSE as well as the new gumption mill
series of the type Zerma GSC (picture).
The machines are offered optionally with and without noise protection.
They are applicable ideally to the grinding of plastic bundles, boxes,
PET bottles and/or as providing or central mills for middle to large
plastics.
The rotor diameters lie from 300 mm to 700 mm with work widths of 300 mm
up to 1,000 mm and drive powers from 7,5 KW to 90 KW.
The standard execution contains already:
● bolted wear plates in the mill upper and lower part
● turn-cash strainer basket and suction tub
● diagonal of divided mill bodies
● rotor with V-cut
● measurer pre-setting outside of the machine
Great importance was therefore attached with the construction to the
possibility of fast and problem-free cleaning as well as maintenance.
The optimal accessibility ensured by the diagonally divided mill
housing, turnable mill upper section and mill lower part, the
withdrawable suction tub as well as the opening by hinges blower.
