With the new ZRS 1500 pipe and profile shredder by ZERMA, it is now
possible to crush and shred bulky, large pipes and even profile bundles
made of PVC, PP and PE (with a diameter of 1200 mm and a length of 6000
mm) even more effciently, easily, and economically than before. Its
robust steel and welded construction renders the new ZRS the perfect
machine for highest demands, largest feed, and best shredding results.
The material is transported to the upstream, horizontal material shaft
and hydraulically fed into the low-speed shredder rotor. During the
shredding process, the material shaft is completely closed and secured.
This guarantees maximum safety, noise control, and ailure-free
operation.

high-revolution pipe and profile shredders, recycling with the new ZRS
